As per a news report by Newton Sequeira in The Times of India, Concept Hospitality Private Limited launched its 3rd property – The Fern Kadamba Hotel and Spa at the Kadamba plateau, Old Goa yesterday.
The 48-room hotel has a multi-cuisine coffee shop – Cafe Tinto, Alfonso specialty restaurant serving authentic Goan and North Indian cuisine and Garrafao sports bar. While the hotel is owned by the Goa-based 25-year-old Milroc Group it will be run by Concept Hospitality which already manages two other hotels in Goa; Fern Gardenia Resort, Palolem and Fern Beira Mar Resort, Benualim.
“We expect to double our inventory by 2017. Eight properties are opening in 2015. The Fern Hotels and Resorts has received more than 40 national and International awards,” said Param Kannampilly, Chairman and MD, Concept Hospitality.
Currently Concept Hospitality manages over 36 hotels in various locations and has more than 25 projects in the pipeline.
